How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders in India are typically delivered in around 5-7 working days depending on shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.) In some rare cases, it might take 2 weeks depending upon the availability of the product.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
Beprinty currently ships to addresses within PAN INDIA. We provide free shipping on all Prepaid Orders, for all cash on delivery orders we charge Rs 99 as Cash on Delivery charges.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order once it is dispatched. An email and SMS will be sent with a tracking code and link. It you have any confusion you can email to us at support@beprinty.com.
Which courier companies used to deliver the product?
All our products are shipped via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart and EcomExpress on the pincode.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to pay customs fees, or any other shipping-related issue, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.
